PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We make all reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate; we do not warrant that it is error-free. However, as we pack each order for shipment, we carefully verify the information prior to shipment. At that time, if a discrepancy between the product description and the actual product is identified, we will attempt to contact you.
We continuously update product availability status on our website. However, our business is dynamic, and you may order a product which has already been sold. In that case, you will be notified. We do not charge credit cards until we confirm availability.
We reserve all rights to correct price and availability of items on this website at any time.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Sales shipped within the State of California are subject to sales tax.
To protect your shipment, we carefully pack each piece with high quality materials and supplies. As such, a Handling / Packaging charge may be added to your order, and will be reflected both on-screen during checkout, as well as in the order confirmation.
We automatically provide, and charge you for, carrier-provided shipping insurance, for each shipment. This will be reflected both on-screen during checkout, as well as in the order confirmation. All items purchased on this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for all shipments pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipment charges shown on this website may vary from actual carrier charges; however, you will not be charged more or less than the amount shown on the screen during checkout, or displayed in the order confirmation.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
There are some destinations to which we may not be able to ship orders, for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to carrier or import / export restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you, and your credit card will not be charged.
There may be some destinations, particularly outside the United States, which may have additional duties or delivery fees. Such fees are your sole responsibility. Please be aware of your country’s import laws and tariffs.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
All online orders are shipped as soon as possible. We take great care in preparing, verifying, and packing shipments. Depending upon current order volume, it may take up to ten business days to pack and ship your online order. If it will be longer, you will be notified.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All online sales are considered final upon shipment. Exceptions are given at our sole discretion. If you feel that an error has occurred, please CONTACT US and we will evaluate the situation.
If we agree to a merchandise return, no credit or refund will be issued until the merchandise is received by us in new condition. If we authorize a merchandise return or exchange when no error was made by us in processing your order, then you may be responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping and insurance.
DO NOT attempt to return merchandise without prior authorization – it will not be accepted.
